7 Things About Me:


1.  I have no sense of smell! I grew up in Marietta, GA and at the age of 7 during the blizzard of 83 I rode an uncontrollable orange popsicle sled down our hill on the road.  Some boys throwing snowballs distracted me and when I went to look at them my sled turned and I hit a mailbox and weeping willow tree. I slice the sensory gland behind the cranium so it can't be repaired.  It's both a blessing and a curse!

2.  I am a hello kitty freak! I love anything hello kitty!!!

3.  I have 3 cats.  Molly is a 14 year old female Calico, Puppy is a 7 year old Male Egyptian Mau, and our latest addition Rascal is a 4 month old male Egyptian Mau!

4.  I love to cross stitch!

5.  I love to help people that want to harm themselves or are being bullied!

6.  I have been married to a computer geek for 10 1/2 years!

7.  I've had over 20 surgeries since May 2000.  Gall bladder screw up (nicked the liver), surgeries for endometriosis, 2 surgeries for hysterectomy.

Dr.'s Remedy!

This is Essential Emerald and it goes on so nice and smooth!

Resolution Red Glitter was my favorite out of this collection! It finishes as a matte too!

 

Revive Rube Red was so silky going on and only needed 1 coat!

Serene Silver Glitter is such a great color! it has tiny green & red spects in it too!

It finishes as a matte!

This is Passionate Purple and I found it to be more of a berry color. loved it so much!

A England's Perceval and Lady of the Lake!

When I put this on I was in heaven! This is A England's Perceval.  I haven't really been a fan of reds before but this one went on like silk and only 1 coat needed! Heavenly!

This is A England's Lady of the Lake which I have been wanting for sooooo long! This too went on soo easily  and depending on the light you can see all sorts of things.  When I had my hand in the sun as it was setting you could see the reflective holographic type part of the polish.  I wasn't able to capture it though!  

I'm totally in love of both and have my eyes on sooo many more! You can find A England here or on Llarowe.  They typically run $12-$14 but it is sooo worth it!

Julep Maven misleading!

y'all know I dropped the program after 1 box and tried another deal later but because I had already had an introductory box I couldn't take advantage of any other deals being sent to my inbox.  I thought at that time they were being misleading.  Turns out they have really done it this time.  Those that went in on the $.01 deal, if you don't cancel before the 27th, you will be charged $19.99.  It is considered an introductory box and if you have tried before like I and decided to give it another go with this, it won't happen.  They should drop the program and just sell their polishes. Zoya Feel Collection: Avery

Introducing Zoya Avery! Zoya describes her as: a full coverage, blond-beige cream. An ideal cool neutrral color that covers fully opaque in2 coats.  I love this one! It is perfect for jobs where you don't want to appear to be wearing polish but can't stand to have nekkid nails! Even a tomboy like me can appreciate this! This is a must have!  Went on smoothly and was the perfect neutral color for me. It really doesn't even look like I have polish on! I can't say enough great things about it.

Zoya Feel Collection: Kennedy!

This is Zoya Kennedy! It's going more towards the pinkish type beige.  Went on easily and you could get away with 1 heavy coat or 2 regular coats would be fine! Zoya describes her as a full coverage, pale, french beige cream. An ideal cool neutral color that covers fully opaque in 2 coats!

  I had so much fun swatching this!
