Welcome to Confetti's Tahitian Turquoise! This is a very opaque more like for over something else. I did 3 layers and it is still very opaque. I didn't think I was gonna like this color when I first put it on but it grew on me! If you like this, put I WANT down in the comments below. If you have already received a previous like it get it blogs sorry gotta let everyone have a chance so please don't take the chance from someone. Must also be a follower. It is not international. The left is natural light and the right is with the lights on. It is a gorgeous color!
