So I actually tried out the eye mask for my headache and found I needed my regular mask in front of it but only because I put it in the freezer not the fridge *whoops!* I like it, but I prefer the mask I've been using as it is light weight, blacks everything out etc. I out this other one over it though to put weight over where the migraine is to help counteract it! I do like it!
