So I have decided for a few blogs to do a I try it you could win it!  This is Wet n Wild's Sea Witch and I can totally see why!  It reminds me of Ursula from The Little Mermaid!  It's a duo tone polish that depending on the lighting as shown above it can look deep blue, purple, or blue. I love this color!    The first layer is a definite purple.  This is 3 coats.
